Photo exhibition "Hanoi ancient" Great anniversary celebration of 1,000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi

From 6/10/2010 to 6/01/2011, at the Museum of Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held in Hanoi photo exhibition entitled "Hanoi ancient." This activity is to introduce images of Hanoi from the early twentieth century and earlier.


Photo exhibition "Old Hanoi" used the resources from the private collector Nguyen Khac Can, Then and Now magazine, Information Institute of Social Sciences and some other individuals. The exhibition is on display under the theme: Thang Long-an ancient capital, Thang Long - the focus of the headquarters of the State of Thang Long - the place where the great event in the history of struggle defend the country; Thang Long - the political culture of the country's education; Thang Long - the economic center, trade of the country people of Hanoi.

Viewers will have an overview on the history of Thang Long - Hanoi as well as traditional cultural values, thereby showing pride for the land thousands of years old Dragon are innovative, sustainable progress XXI century.
